We use the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, typically Australia Post, Toll, or Couriers Please. In cases of extreme weather, deliveries may be delayed to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

Age Restriction

We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 18. By using this site, you confirm that you are over 18 and that the recipient of any shipment is also over 18. If the recipient cannot provide appropriate ID, our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.

If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use this site.

Refunds & Returns

If your wine arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at cellardoor@mainandcherry.com.au. We will provide instructions for returning items and ensure your issue is resolved promptly.
